- Payment details: transaction ID, amount and status. Card, UPI and bank details are handled by the payment gateway and are not stored by us.

- Communications: messages, emails and call or chat records with us.
2. How we use your data
- To prepare horoscopes, readings and consultations you request.
- To book appointments, process payments and send confirmations or reports.
- To reply to your enquiries and give support.
- To improve the Website, content and services.
- To send updates, offers or panchang and festival information, only where you have agreed and with an opt-out available.
- To meet legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.
3. Legal basis and consent. We process your data on the basis of your consent, to deliver the service you requested, and for lawful purposes permitted by law. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to srihanumanjyotishyam@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done.
